I Had a Little Nut Tree - Once Upon a Story Row Along

Welcome to the Once Upon a Story Row Along by Seams To be Sew!  I was inspired to create this block by a Nursery Rhyme from possibly as early as 1506 - the history of many nursery rhymes is quite interesting, and this on is no exception!  I chose to make an oversized Prickly Pear block, and added a pear applique to the top of it.  Enjoy making this block!

Prickly Pear finishes at 30 inches square.  This would make a fun barn style quilt with or without the applique!
